As part of our History curriculum, Year 6 took a trip to Valence House to better understand the role Dagenham played in World War II. Here the children got to experience what life was like back then, from looking at bombs that fell to what the evacuation of children felt like. It was an amazing experience to be immersed in such rich history thanks to the wonderful volunteers who shared their knowledge.
