In year 2, we have been learning all about the different between portraits (a drawing or painting that an artist creates of someone else) and a self portrait (when an artist draws or paints themselves).
The children were given mirrors this week to self observe themselves. Next week, the children will work with students from the University of Arts London Chelsea to create a final self portrait outcome. In the meantime check out the photos below.
