The children have had lots of fun creating their own fruit faces. The children used orange segments to make smiling mouths, bananas for eyes, and apple pieces for eyes and noses.
This hands-on activity supported the children’s understanding of facial features while encouraging them to develop their fine motor skills, explore different colours and shapes, and learn about healthy eating.
We loved seeing their wonderful creations and talking about what makes each of us special.
