Year 4 continue to impress us with their fantastic progress in recorder lessons. Their enthusiasm and determination have really shone through this term, and they’ve now added another note to their growing repertoire—the C note.
With this new skill, the children were able to take on a well-known classic: “We Will Rock You.” It was wonderful to see their excitement as they recognised the tune and played it confidently using all the notes they’ve learned so far.
The lesson was filled with energy, rhythm and plenty of smiles as the pupils worked together to bring the piece to life. Their ability to keep in time and play as a group shows just how far they’ve come in such a short space of time.
