Today, we enjoyed cooling down outdoors in the shade with a variety of water play activities. We placed the water tray in a shaded area where the children had great fun. They also enjoyed washing the ride on bikes and cars and pretending they were at a car wash.
The children also enjoyed being cooled down with a spray bottle, which they found very funny and exciting. Throughout the day, we spent time reading and playing in the shade, helping everyone stay comfortable in the warm weather.
We also used water to wash the outdoor blackboard, creating different patterns and marks as the children explored and experimented with their movements.
