Today we celebrated Victory in Europe Day (VE Day) at nursery, and the children all looked fantastic dressed up for the occasion.
As part of our celebrations, the children got creative by making crowns and using playdough to design their own flags.
We also spent time learning about the meaning of VE Day, a special moment in history marking the end of World War II. Through age appropriate discussions, we explored ideas of peace, celebration, and community.
It was a joyful and meaningful day, helping the children begin to understand the importance of remembrance and togetherness.
