Today Year 4 took part in ‘The Big Draw’. The Big Draw Festival is the world’s largest celebration of drawing, which takes place from 1 to 31 October, every year. The Big Draw demonstrates the social, economic and health benefits that drawing can bring and provides opportunities for everyone to access them.

The children were astonished to discover an ‘Under the Sea’ still life scene in the hall. They were invited to sketch the scene whilst listening to some tranquil under the sea themed music. While the children were drawing the scene, the teachers stepped into the scene and posed for their class!

In the afternoon, the children finished their designs back in class. Take a look below at us taking part in ‘The Big Draw’ and some of our superb final pieces of work.
