In history we finally got to dye our t-shirts using similar techniques that the Stone Age people would have used. We used berries, red cabbage, leaves and grass. It was messy but lots of fun! Our t-shirts look amazing and we will be wearing them during our workshop and showcase next week! We also acted out different scenario’s from Stone Age life to get a better understanding of how people lived in the past. It as hard- they had to hunt and forage for all their food!
We have become expert authors in English and wrote our final paragraph in our narratives. We will be copying up our drafts and reading them top Year Two pupils next week.
In Maths we have been adding and subtracting across tens; so we needed to exchange before we could complete our calculations.
