This evening, the year 2 pupils returned to school to celebrate their love of reading with a pyjama party!
Coming into school when it was dark, wearing comfy pyjamas, drinking hot chocolate and sharing their favourite stories with their friends was lots of fun. This was an excellent opportunity to socialise with a shared reading experience. We loved seeing the parents and siblings (both younger and older) getting involved by wearing pyjamas too.
The year 2 teachers are already planning the next pyjama party… can we top it?
