At the end of the Spring term, as part of their work on transitioning to secondary school, Year 6 had a fantastic visit from the charity ‘Prison! Me No Way!’. This organisation supports young people with the knowledge and confidence to take control and make positive choices that will reduce young people becoming involved in crime. During the day, they took part in lots of interesting and informative sessions including: transitioning from primary to secondary school, prison life, knife crime and online safety.

The PMNW staff gave the school glowing feedback about how fantastic our year 6 pupils were:

‘Wow!! What a fantastic day we had! Your pupils were impeccably behaved. My staff where blown away by the attitude, politeness and intellectuality of them all. So so clever. So switched on. They are a credit to you and the rest of your staff. It’s been an absolute pleasure to attend Monteagle Primary.’
