As part of our science topic we have been looking at plants; The parts of a plant, what they need to grow and the different stages of growth. Before half term we planted different bulbs and left them in the sun. The warm sun and rain over half term encouraged some of the bulbs to germinate. When we returned this week we were delighted to see some of our bulbs had stems growing. We will continue to nurture our bulbs before we bring them home.
We started our new history topic this week on The Great Fire of London. We’ve been learning about where it started and why it spread so quickly.
