This half term, in Religious Education (RE), we are thinking about stories Jesus told. We have learnt what a parable is and have read some examples. This week, we read the story of The Good Samaritan. We had lots of fun retelling and acting out the story, which helped us to understand the events and characters more clearly.
We then discussed the message that Jesus was trying to send to people through this story. We considered how the parable encourages people to show kindness and care towards others. We are looking forward to exploring more parables in the coming weeks.
