Year 2 had a lovely start to the day when we went to watch an orchestra play. It was wonderful to see the magnificent musicians play their instruments. They taught us all about the different instruments in the wind, string and brass family. They were surprised to see that we already knew some of the names of the instruments. We recognised some of the songs that they played – Adele, music from The Greatest Showman. We got to sing along to some Christmas songs. It was amazing!
