This week, Year 5 enjoyed a fantastic experience as we walked to our local secondary school, Jo Richardson. Our journey took us through the park, which was a lovely and calm start to the day and gave the children a chance to enjoy some fresh air and conversation together.

Once we arrived, we had the opportunity to watch a production of Oliver, which was absolutely outstanding. The performance was engaging, confident and highly entertaining, showcasing the talent and hard work of the secondary school students.

It was particularly exciting for our children to see what pupils at secondary school are doing and to begin thinking ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead of them. The visit was both inspiring and memorable, and we are very proud of how Year 5 represented the school throughout the trip.
