Year 1 had their very first experience of learning the glockenspiel at Monteagle last week. They had already learnt the mathematical song 1-2-3-4-5 so when it came to playing the glockenspiel, they were more than ready to play the melody using an impressive five notes – C, D, E, F and G.

In singing assembly this week, they will start learning the infamous song ‘Reach’ by S Club 7. Do have a listen at home with them and come up with some dance moves for the chorus!
