This week all the ARP classes hosted their Christmas events and fun day for parents/ family members and carers to come along to.

There was an array of activities on show, ranging from our Pre-Formal classes up to our Formal class, as well as performances; singing songs, dressing up for a story or reading this aloud and enjoying a Christmas dinner together, with food, crackers and music playing.

We would like to say a big thank you to the parents/ family members and carers who were able to attend. All the classes had so many fun filled activities for everyone to interact with, and the mini Christmas performances were well put together. We hope you all enjoyed your shows, activities and Christmas lunches with your children. This has most certainly been the biggest turn out of parents across all classes we have ever had, and that is a massive achievement. Thank you all again! We look forward to other future events.

We would also like to say a huge thank you to the Monteagle ARP staff. They put so much effort into hosting these special days, and trying to make the experience for everyone involved as enjoyable and memorable as possible. As an ARP, we would not be able to host these events if it weren’t for the class leads and support staff, so all the credit must go to everyone helping to set activities up, organising the Christmas dinners, and putting many hours of practising into singing the songs and preparing the children for the performances.

We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We look forward to seeing everyone again in 2026!
