This week in our delightful classroom, we have been diving into the enchanting world of Emily and the Thing! We’ve been captivated by the story, crafting letters to Emily herself, making our very own magical potions, and exploring the days of the week – ensuring they are in the correct order, of course.

Our young learners have been buzzing with creativity, crafting their very own “thing” inspired by the story. To add to the magic, we’ve even fashioned spectacular magic glasses that have allowed us to witness extraordinary wonders through their lenses.

In math’s, we’ve delved into the world of measuring lengths and crafting our very own number tracks. It’s been a fantastic hands-on experience for our little mathematicians as they explore these concepts in a fun and engaging way.

But that’s not all! As part of our ethos of kindness and positivity, we’ve been busy creating friendship boards to celebrate the wonderful friendships found within our classroom. It’s essential for us to treat one another with kindness and respect, and these activities have reinforced the importance of compassion among our children.

Our classroom is buzzing with creativity, enthusiasm, and a true sense of community this week. We can’t wait to see what adventures and discoveries the coming days will bring for us all!
