This week we celebrated Anti-Bullying Week, and our Year 4 children have been learning all about how we can be kind and look after one another. We talked about what bullying is, how it can make someone feel, and what we can do to help. We also learnt about the role a bystander plays and what they can do to prevent bullying.
The children took part in learning the new Monteagle anti-bullying poem, and we all wore odd socks to celebrate being unique. The children enjoyed their activities, discussed different scenarios and shared ideas about showing kindness every day. We are really proud of how they worked together to make our school a place where everyone feels safe, happy and included.
