This week, our school celebrated Science Week, and the theme was all about rockets! To kick off the week, we learned about some inspiring female scientists. We created fact files to celebrate their achievements and the incredible impact they’ve had on science throughout history.
Then, we had a fantastic time exploring flight and speed by investigating how to make a paper airplane travel faster. We even created our own launchers using cardboard and elastic bands – with some impressive results!
It’s been a fun and exciting week full of creativity, curiosity, and hands-on learning!
