We’re thrilled to celebrate the amazing efforts of our pupils who took part in the TCS Mini London Marathon in Schools 2025! From 22nd April to 2nd May, the children completed a total of 2 miles—whether running, jogging or walking—bringing energy, determination and smiles to every corner of the playground.
An Incredible Achievement
Our pupils showed fantastic resilience and teamwork as they worked towards their 2-mile challenge. Some even chose to go above and beyond! We are so proud of their positive attitude and enthusiasm throughout.
Supporting a Great Cause
This year’s event wasn’t just about physical activity—it was also a way to support causes that matter.
We’re proud to share that Mr Sanchez Hardy ran the London Marathon this year in support of Haven House Children’s Hospice—a charity very close to his heart, which provides vital care and support for seriously ill children and their families.
To honour his amazing achievement and further support this important cause, we invited our school community to fundraise alongside him. Donations raised will go towards:
Haven House Children’s Hospice, through Mr Hardy’s JustGiving page
Monteagle Primary School, to help provide enriching opportunities for our pupils
Children were given sponsorship forms to gather donations in the lead-up to the event, and we’re so grateful to everyone who contributed, shared the campaign, or cheered us on. Your support truly makes a difference.
