After the half-term break, the children will be reinventing some Victorian inventions. As part of their home learning, we would like children to research what was invented during this important era.

We would like children to choose three of the most important inventions and think about the following:

  • What was invented?
  • Who invented it?
  • When was it invented?
  • Why was it invented?
  • How do we use this invention today?
  • How has this invention changed over time, from the very first model to today’s model?
