On Thursday we were visited by a group of actors from Streets Ahead who are funded by Barking and Dagenham council. They are working with local schools to improve road safety. The children were treated to an interactive performance that explained how to cross the road safely and why it is so important. Streets Ahead highlighted just how easy it is to be distracted by friends or phones leading to accidents. The children left the experience wiser and safer.
