This morning Year 6 attended a workshop called Unlimited. Unlimited is an original piece of live performance using a fictional historical story to open up the debate on difference, prejudice, tolerance, empathy and respect.  The actors took us on a journey of human behaviour, exploring today’s technological era whereby everything from bullying and fake news, through to hate crime and extremism is amplified by way of the internet and wider media.

It opened discussions about how we can deal with hate or extremism. How we can strengthen our understanding of technology and how it can work for and against its users.

It was a great opportunity for our Year 6 children to improve their critical thinking and develop new and positive counter narratives.
