In our year 5 art lesson this week we looked at line, shape, colour, light and dark tones, marks and brush strokes. After studying paintings by artists such as Paul Klee and Katsushika Hokusai we then turned to our geography topic of rivers for inspiration. Our outcomes explored mark making using watercolours.
