This week Year 1 we on a fantastic trip to Colchester zoo. We started the day with a great workshop where we explored animal artefacts and practised classifying the different types of animals. We then spent the rest of the day exploring the wonderful zoo and classifying all the different animals we encountered. The children were so excited by each new animal they met it was wonderful to see how enthusiastic they were throughout the day.
The children behaved brilliantly and had a wonderful time.
