If you have a ukulele at home (or any other instrument) it is important that you keep on top of your practising at least 20 minutes per day.

First, make sure your ukulele is in tune. Here is a helpful website for tuning:

https://ukutuner.com/

Tap to play one string at a time, and gently twist your tuning pegs until the pitch of the string matches the pitch of tuner.

Start with the Music Warm-Up video on your years groups’ home-learning page.

Then find a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair.  Make sure the head-stock of your ukulele is pointing left (towards the same side of your body as your heart). The back of the instrument should be on your belly. Imagine a rope pulling you up by the top of the head.

Use this website to practise C and F chords. Once you are ready, try adding G chord. Remember, it is tricky so take your time.
