This week, we had another trip for some of our children. This time, it was to Lidl to buy some ingredients for future teaching and learning. Once again, the main focus of the trip was to use transport which is the topic we are currently focussing on. The children were well behaved and enjoyed sitting on the bus, the train and buying things in the shop. We would like to thank the family members/ carers who attended the trip with their children. We hope you enjoyed it just as much as we did!
On the topic of transport, other classes this week were making cars out of paper plates and paint. It became very messy but the children enjoyed making them. They needed to add wheels to their car and some of them even added yellow paper to show lights on the front.
We have one more trip to come next week, where the children are going to the library at Dagenham Heathway. These will be added to next week’s website post.
