As part of the Year 5 focus for RE, the children recently made visits to the Singh Sabha East Gurdwara, Barking. Having completed visits to the church and the mosque, the children were now given the opportunity to understand the Sikh beliefs and rituals. They will now compare and contrast Christianity, Islam and Sikhism before making their final visit to a place of worship – a Hindu Temple – at the beginning of April.
