This week in Reception the children explored the sounds of the music room. We sang our favourite songs and then children chose a song that they wanted to accompany themselves on with the instruments. The children have not learnt to play the pitches or notes of the tunes but were experimenting with sounds. This video shows three girls from RG with a strong sense of pulse. They also chose to end their piece at the same time and listened to each other really well.
