Being a parent can be really hard work. We all get days where we have trouble coping with even the smallest things in life.

If you feel that you are having too many days like this and would like to learn techniques to help you deal with the feelings of stress, worry or anxiety, we can help.

It’s not to late to join our FREE Wellbeing and Mindfulness Program.  The 6 week program runs on Tuesday mornings from 10am-12pm in the Parent Room

The FREE course is run by Helena from HTW Counselling and will teach you how to recognise and manage negative and unhelpful thoughts.

So if you would like to help yourself to feel more relaxed or if you are just interested in learning about Mindfulness please come along on Tuesday morning.

The Parent R oom is open from 8.45am for parents to have a coffee before the class starts.
