This week, Year 3 parents were invited to come along and join in one of our maths lessons. The lesson proved to be a huge success with many parents attending.

The children were given a maths problem to solve, where they had to split 24 sheep in to three groups using even numbers only. The biggest group had to have the largest amount of sheep in it. The medium sized group had to have the next biggest amount and the the smallest group had to have the least amount of sheep in it. However, it wasn’t as easy as it sounds. The adults and children worked extremely hard to solve the problem.

All the teachers would like say a HUGE thank you to all our parents who attended and made the lesson such a success.
