This week in Year 1 we have been thinking about the changes from summer to autumn. The children have been looking at the tree in our quad and describing the changes they have observed. During our English lessons the children have been reading some autumn poems in our book ‘Out and About’ by Shirley Hughes. Inspired by the lovely poetry we created our own acrostic poems about autumn.
