This week in IPC, children in year 3 observed world maps focusing on continents as well as the different types of oceans. Children listened wonderfully and understood the lines of longitude, latitude, the equator , tropics and hemispheres and by working in pairs, labelled their world maps together. Children enjoyed the task at hand.
Children also researched information about an ocean, which they then shared with the class.
