Year 5 have been reading the story of the Krindlekrax in English. This week we have been working towards writing a playscript based on one of the chapters in the book. Today we identified each characters speaking part and then acted the chapter out in groups. Elvis is the bully of the story; he’s famous for breaking windows with his football. He grabs the main character – Ruskin – by the hair and demands for his ball back after it had landed in poor Ruskin’s marmalade toast!
