On Thursday, one of our year six pupils, Artemas, was presented with an award by PC Kelly Wood who is part of the safer schools team at Barking and Dagenham.
Artemas was presented this award for his outstanding knowledge and behaviour whilst he was at Junior Citizen event, specifically in the knife crime workshop. 3000 Year 6 students attended the Junior Citizen event over 3 weeks and only 4 students out of 3000 were given a special award ,which was supplied by Penny Taberman from LBBD.
PC Wood said that ‘Artemas is an absolute credit to Monteagle Primary School and I wish him all the best at Jo Richardson’.
We are all very proud of Artemas and his incredible achievement. Well Done!
