Today, the Y5 children hosted a harvest assembly to celebrate our learning over the past few weeks. The assembly was full of energy, song and poetry. The children worked hard to prepare for the performance, and the hard work paid off.
A few weeks ago, we launched a harvest poetry competition. During the assembly, the winning poets read aloud their wonderful poems. After school, the year five teachers proudly donated all the generous donations to the Barking Foodbank.
We would like to thank everyone for their generous donations. It was a fantastic way to round up our learning from this term.
