Yesterday, Eastbury Community school and Monteagle teamed up again to deliver 3 exciting arts workshops for our year six children. The children were broken up into their three classes and the sessions were lead by year 10 students from Eastbury who were completing these lessons for their silver arts awards.

The first group in the art room were creating a back drop using a variety of paint, glitter, sequins, and 3D items like gems. The second group were in the music room learning a drumming piece and some children were learning a Ukulele piece.

The last group were in 6S creating fish and masks. At the end of the day, all the children gathered next to the music room and the back drop was put up, and the music pieces were performed. Check out the photos below and stay tuned for the amazing drumming video!
