Chocolate

We have been learning all about chocolate this week!

Continuing on from our IPC topic, we have been learning all about how cocoa beans are made into chocolate!

We have leant about them as giant pods, the beans, them drying out and fermenting, then removing the shells, cooked in the oven before being turned into a paste and then the extra ingredients added.
