Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus! That’s how to say ‘Happy St David’s Day’ in Welsh.
Over the Spring Term, as part of our topic on ‘Little Explorers’, we have been learning about where we live and the traditions and celebrations we have in our country. On the 1st of March we celebrated St David’s Day and dressed up in some traditional clothes, did observational paintings of daffodils and watched some educational videos of how the people in Wales celebrate their special day.
