This half term Year 1 are reading the story ‘Lila and the secret of rain ‘ by David Conway & Jude Daly. The children have been exploring the story and the importance of water as an issue that is raised in the story.
The create created their own story maps and used them to explore Lila’s feelings as she travelled through the story. We then acted out the story and discovered quite a few amazing actors in the process!
