Work to be done at home – Week starting June 8th 2020

Thank you for sending us all your lovely work  last week. It is good to see so many of you are still persevering and trying your best! I hope you all enjoyed Shanthonu’s singing from 3J above! If you have been singing any songs at home your teachers would love to see you perform so do rehearse and record yourself and email it to your teacher!

This week in English, we will be continuing ‘One Plastic Bag’ and you will be finding out all about plastic, making your own informative leaflet and using this knowledge to make an influential video! Don’t forget to keep reading the independent books on bug club and if you run out of books please let your teacher know either by email, purple mash or zoom. We will be checking you are reading regularly!

In maths this week, we will be looking at perimeter and doing some problem solving. Don’t forget to login to Timetables Rockstars too!

In your curriculum homework, you will looking at the differences between light sources and how the earths rotation effects light dispersal. You will also be looking at fashion icons and fashion from different decades.

Remember all the tasks highlighted in green are to be sent to your teacher so they can give you help for the future.

Keep smiling and take care,

All the best,

The Year 3 team
