We hope you all had an enjoyable holiday and if you celebrated Easter, we hope that the Easter Bunny managed to find you. Monday is RE Day so all the work is based around the Christian festival of Easter.
On Tuesday we start our summer term topic- Olympics: Going for Gold. Although the Olympics is postponed for another year, we hope you enjoy finding out about the Olympics. We also start a new book.
This week you will need to upload a discussion text. This will become clearer as you start reading the story. You will need to upload Tuesday’s maths activity 2 or Friday’s maths activity 1. Lastly, you will need to upload your work on the Olympics to your blog. Your teachers will provide feedback on these pieces of work. Instructions how to create your blog can be found by clicking Creating a blog on purple mash.
- Some of the lessons come with a worksheet. You don’t need to print these. You can simply write your answers in your book. Try and be creative, not only with your answer, but also the way you present your work.
- Each day there will be two maths activities. You only need to do one of these activities. Choose the activity you feel you can complete independently.
Miss Begum, Miss Darcy, Miss Edwards, Mr Sheffle, Miss Walker and Mr Woollcott are still missing you but they are looking forward to seeing your work being uploaded on to your blog.
