Before you get ready to sing, dance and make music at home, be sure to always warm up your body, breath and voice. This is as important as stretching before you exercise. It helps promote vocal and physical health, and makes sure that your body and mind are working together in harmony.
This warm up focusses on relaxing your body, rooting your breath, warming up your vocal range, and centring your mind. You can repeat it as many times as you like. Why not get your family involved?
